Module list

Every module, one ledger.

All 13 Fommoney modules are collected here: what each one does, what it stores and where its limits are. The landing page only shows the three core modules to stay short.

01
The base layer · core module

Multi-wallet

Banks, e-wallets, cash and liabilities stay separate wallets that still read as one overview.

Wallets that reflect how your money is actually held.

Create bank, e-wallet, cash, liability or investment wallets. Opening balances, archive state, transaction history, reconciliation and currency all keep a clear context.

  • Balances come from opening balance plus ledger
  • Transfers never inflate income or expenses
  • Reconciliation compares the ledger with your statement
  • Archive preserves history without deleting it
02
Ledger · core module

Transaction ledger

Income, expenses, transfers, categories, projects, contacts and references live in one book.

One source of truth for every movement of money.

Income, expenses and transfers use the same finance engine. Personal or business context, projects, categories, contacts, merchants, notes and references attach to the same entry instead of creating a second ledger.

  • Create, edit, search, soft delete and restore
  • Custom categories and project context
  • Entry source is recorded: Web, Telegram, Import, Recurring
  • Idempotency helps prevent duplicate entries
03
Planning · core module

Budgets and goals

Spending limits, goal progress, recurring items and due dates follow your actual data, not guesses.

Planning that reads the ledger instead of overwriting it.

Budgets read actual spending, goals keep their own progress, recurring items stay templates until posted, and the Financial Calendar gathers important dates from loans, invoices and bills.

  • Budget versus actual
  • Goal progress and target date
  • Recurring items can be paused or posted
  • Calendar for loans, goals, recurring items, invoices and bills
04
Receivables and payables

Loans and debts

Receivables and payables with due dates and partial payments.

A loan is more than a single amount field.

Separate money owed to you from money you owe. Keep due dates, partial payment history and the remaining outstanding balance.

  • Receivables and payables kept apart
  • Partial payments
  • Due dates
  • Outstanding balance and status
05
Household

Household

The monthly shopping plan stays apart from the spending that actually happened.

Shopping plans and daily reality each have their own place.

Monthly Groceries is a checklist with quantity, unit, estimated and actual price, discount, store and status. Household Expenses records daily spending in list and calendar views.

  • Add, edit, check and delete items
  • Search and status filters
  • Daily household expense CRUD
  • Sending items to the ledger stays optional
06
Currency

Multi-currency

Every wallet stores an ISO code, and different currencies are never blindly summed.

Currency keeps context instead of being a symbol.

Fommoney stores ISO 4217 codes on wallets and transactions. Totals across currencies are not mixed, so reports and net worth never produce a misleading number.

  • ISO 4217 codes
  • Currency per wallet
  • Currency per transaction
  • Historical FX snapshots remain an engine roadmap item
07
Standalone utility

Profit Sharing

Distributions with percentages, deductions, rounding, drafts and final results.

Profit sharing without disturbing wallet balances.

Distributions stand alone: total, members, percentages, gross shares, deductions, net shares, rounding, draft or final state, duplication and history. No source wallet is forced.

  • Validated percentages
  • Deterministic rounding
  • Draft becomes a locked final
  • Export-ready summary
08
Companion

Telegram

Quick entry, balances, reports, loans and household from the same ledger as the Web app.

Telegram speeds up capture without becoming a second database.

A one-time linking code connects a Telegram ID to a Fommoney account. The bot reads and writes through the same backend, with preview and confirmation for operations that change the ledger.

  • /balance, /expense, /income, /transfer
  • /month, /loan
  • /household, /groceries
  • The Web app stays fully usable without Telegram
09
Business

Business finance

Business profiles, clients, vendors, invoices, bills and payments without a second ledger.

Personal and business share one finance engine.

Multiple business profiles, contacts, invoices, bills, line items, tax, discount, due dates, partial payments and project context all land in the same ledger when money actually moves.

  • Client and vendor contacts
  • Invoices and bills
  • Partial payments
  • Receivable and payable summary
10
Reports

Reports and export

Period analysis and six report templates with a preview before printing.

Reports built to be read, shared and printed.

Choose a period and currency, review cash flow and categories, then pick templates A to F. Report language is independent from interface language, and the data you entered is never translated.

  • A Clean Minimal, B Executive
  • C Ledger, D Analytical
  • E Statement, F Compact
  • Print or save as PDF, plus CSV for raw data
11
Position

Net worth & reconciliation

Assets, liabilities and statement matching in one per-currency report.

Net position is only computed within the same currency.

Record assets and liabilities with an as-of date, then compare Fommoney balances against your bank or e-wallet statement. Differences are shown as they are, never flattened silently.

  • Assets and liabilities kept apart
  • Balance compared with statements
  • Reconciliation history is stored
  • Currencies are never mixed
12
Agenda

Calendar & recurring entries

Bills, recurring income and document due dates in one agenda.

A schedule is a template until you post it.

Recurring entries can be paused, edited, or posted manually to the ledger on the date you choose. The financial calendar gathers loan, goal, invoice and bill due dates.

  • Weekly, monthly or yearly frequency
  • Manual posting, never automatic
  • Month-by-month calendar
  • Business document due dates
13
Organize

Projects & contacts

Group work and people without splitting the ledger.

Job context attaches to the same transactions.

Projects and trips keep their own budget and date range. Contacts store clients, vendors and people scoped either personally or to one business.

  • Budget and timeline per project
  • Active, completed or paused state
  • Contact scoped personally or per business
  • Filter transactions by scope
